Learner Discovery Policies

Milk & Honey Learning Co.

At Milk & Honey Learning Co., we value clear communication and a thoughtful beginning to every learner's educational journey. Please review the following policies before purchasing Learner Discovery & Personalized Pathway.

1. Discovery Fee & Payment

Learner Discovery & Personalized Pathway is a one-time service priced at $125 per learner.

Payment is required in full before scheduling the discovery appointment.

The fee includes initial family and learner intake, a 45–60-minute discovery appointment, and initial personalized educational pathway recommendations.

Ongoing enrichment program tuition is separate and is not included in the discovery fee.

2. Appointment Scheduling

Learner Discovery appointments are available in person in the Ontario, California area or virtually for families in California and other states.

After payment, Milk & Honey will contact the parent or legal guardian to coordinate an appointment based on availability.

If a mutually acceptable appointment cannot be arranged, the discovery fee will be refunded in full.

3. Rescheduling

Families may reschedule their discovery appointment once at no additional charge when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.

Additional rescheduling requests will be reviewed individually and may be subject to availability.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not automatically eligible for a refund. Exceptions may be considered individually.

If Milk & Honey must cancel an appointment and a mutually acceptable alternative cannot be arranged, the family will receive a full refund.

5. Missed Appointments

When a family does not attend a scheduled discovery appointment without providing notice, the fee is not automatically refundable.

Requests to reschedule a missed appointment will be considered individually.

6. Personalized Learning Recommendations

Learner Discovery is an educational planning service designed to better understand the child's strengths, interests, learning experiences, and educational goals.

It is not a medical, psychological, or clinical diagnostic assessment.

Completion of Learner Discovery does not guarantee placement in a particular enrichment program or instructional schedule.

7. Ongoing Program Enrollment

Following Learner Discovery, families may receive recommendations for appropriate Milk & Honey enrichment services.

Enrollment is subject to program suitability, scheduling availability, acceptance of program terms, and payment of applicable tuition.

8. Questions & Communication

Families are encouraged to contact Milk & Honey Learning Co. through the website's Contact page with questions about scheduling, cancellation, refunds, or enrollment.

These policies do not limit any consumer rights provided by applicable law.
